Last night, the director of Breaking Point Foundation Philippines, Jeffrey C. Aspacio, had the rare opportunity to introduce himself to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Director General/Senior Undersecretary Dionisio R. Santiago. This was done over dinner event organized by Yehey and the office of DPWH Secretary Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. through Attorney Conti.
